AGM Details

The inaugural Annual General Meeting of the New Forest Green Party was held on Monday 11 December 2006 at The Trinity Centre, Ring­wood.

Nine members attended, and completed the business in hand successfully before making even shorter work of the wine and mince pies.

Agreement of the Constitution

The constitution was discussed and agreed upon after making two amendments to the draft version.

Election of Officers

The following appointments were made.

• Tim Rowe: Treasurer
• John Pemberton: Co-ordinator and Second officer (whose role is to find a replacement for the treasurer if needed)
• Bundy Riley: Membership Secretary
• Chris Dennis: Nominating Officer and Newsletter Editor
• Janet Richards: Press Officer
